The Role
We're looking for a Creator Marketing Intern to help us grow and nurture our network of creators. You'll help identify rising creators, run outreach, support live campaigns, and dig into the social data that tells us what's working. It's a hands-on role for someone who lives on Instagram and TikTok and wants to learn how creator marketing actually gets built and measured.
This is a part-time paid internship (10-15 hours/week).
Preference for candidates who can work Eastern or Pacific Time business hours.
What You'll Do
Research and source creators across select target metros to support overall recruitment in our creator marketplace
Draft outreach to creators, manage replies, and help move creators to join our creator marketplace with the support of our creator partnerships team
Support the day-to-day execution of influencer campaigns: briefs, content timelines, deliverable tracking, and follow-ups
Assist with the GTM team on new restaurant partnership outreach
Track campaign performance - plays, likes, comments, posts, and engagement trends - and help compile results into clear recaps
Work with the overall team to monitor trending topics and creators to spot timely partnership and content opportunities
Maintain the creator campaign database so contact info, rates, and collaboration history stay accurate
Help brainstorm campaign concepts and content ideas that fit how creators actually post
What We're Looking For
Current undergraduate junior or senior student (recent grads welcome), ideally in marketing, communications, media, business, or a related field
Genuinely plugged into food/travel/lifestyle content on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube - you know the creators, formats, and trends
Strong written communication and a friendly, professional tone for creator outreach
Organized and detail-oriented; comfortable juggling multiple creators and deadlines at once
Comfortable with spreadsheets (Excel and Google Sheets) and basic data - you can read engagement numbers and pull out what matters
Self-starter who's reliable over email and async, and asks questions when stuck
Nice to Have
Prior internship or hands-on experience with influencer/creator marketing, social media, or community management
Your own social presence or content experience, especially food-related
Basic comfort with analytics dashboards or social listening tools
What You'll Get
Direct mentorship from the marketing team and exposure to how a startup operates end to end
A portfolio of campaign work and measurable results you can point to
Flexible hours
